Every SIVOOK piece is packaged with extreme care to ensure safe arrival. We use custom crating, protective padding, and reinforced corners for fragile stained glass elements.

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
Express delivery: 2-3 business days (additional fee)

International Shipping

Shipping Notifications

You'll receive email confirmation when your piece ships, including tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery

Signature required upon delivery for insurance purposes. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package.

Damaged Shipments

If your piece arrives damaged:

Do not discard packaging
Photograph damage immediately
Contact us within 48 hours at hello@sivook.co.uk
We'll arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you

All shipments are fully insured. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns Policy

As each SIVOOK piece is custom-made to your specifications:

All sales are final for custom-made pieces
No returns or refunds after production begins
Deposits are non-refundable once design is approved
