Packaging

Every SIVOOK piece is packaged with extreme care to ensure safe arrival. We use custom crating, protective padding, and reinforced corners for fragile stained glass elements.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express delivery: 2-3 business days (additional fee)
  • Shipping costs calculated based on size and weight
  • Fully insured and trackable

International Shipping

  • Available worldwide
  • Delivery time varies by destination (typically 7-21 business days)
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and piece size
  • Fully insured and trackable
  • Customer responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

Shipping Notifications

You'll receive email confirmation when your piece ships, including tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery

Signature required upon delivery for insurance purposes. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package.

Damaged Shipments

If your piece arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard packaging
  • Photograph damage immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at hello@sivook.co.uk
  • We'll arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you

All shipments are fully insured. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns Policy

Custom Orders

As each SIVOOK piece is custom-made to your specifications:

  • All sales are final for custom-made pieces
  • No returns or refunds after production begins
  • Deposits are non-refundable once design is approved
