1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SIVOOK website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SIVOOK provides custom handmade stained glass art including mirrors and wall art. All pieces are made to order based on individual client specifications.

3. Commission Process

3.1 Consultation & Design:

Initial consultations are complimentary
We provide 2-3 design concepts based on your specifications
Unlimited design revisions are included until approval
Design concepts remain SIVOOK intellectual property until final payment

3.2 Quotes & Pricing:

All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
Pricing is based on size, complexity, materials, and timeline
Quotes are estimates; final pricing confirmed before production begins
Additional costs (shipping, installation, rush fees) specified separately

3.3 Deposits & Payment:

50% deposit required to begin design and secure production slot
Deposit is non-refundable once design is approved and production begins
Balance due before shipping
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal
Late payments may result in project delays

4. Production & Timeline

4.1 Lead Times:

Typical timeline: 6-12 weeks from design approval to delivery
Timeline estimates provided with each quote
Delays due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances communicated promptly

4.2 Rush Services:

Available with advance notice for additional fee
Not guaranteed for all projects
Subject to production capacity

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping:

All pieces carefully packaged for safe transit
Shipping costs calculated based on destination and size
International shipping available
Customer responsible for customs duties and taxes

5.2 Delivery:

Estimated delivery dates are approximate, not guaranteed
Customer notified of shipping and provided tracking information
Customer responsible for inspecting piece upon delivery

6. Damages & Insurance

6.1 Shipping Damage:

All shipments fully insured
Customer must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
SIVOOK will repair or replace damaged pieces at no cost
Customer must retain all packaging materials for insurance claims

6.2 After Delivery:

Once piece is delivered and accepted, customer assumes all risk
SIVOOK not liable for damage occurring after delivery
Repair services available for fee

7. Returns & Cancellations

7.1 Custom Orders:

All sales are final for custom-made pieces
No returns or refunds after production begins
Deposits non-refundable once design approved

7.2 Cancellation:

Client may cancel before design approval for full refund minus administrative fee
Cancellation after design approval: deposit forfeited
Cancellation after production begins: full payment due

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and finished works created by SIVOOK are original
SIVOOK retains copyright to all design concepts
SIVOOK reserves right to photograph and display commissioned work in portfolio and marketing materials unless client requests otherwise in writing
Client receives full ownership of physical finished piece upon final payment

9. Warranty & Liability

9.1 Warranty:

We warrant pieces free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
Warranty repairs: customer pays shipping to SIVOOK; we pay return shipping

9.2 Limitation of Liability:

SIVOOK liability limited to cost of commissioned piece
Not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control

10. Installation

Installation guidance provided with all pieces
Professional installation recommended for large or complex pieces
Customer responsible for proper installation
SIVOOK not liable for installation errors or resulting damage

11. Care & Maintenance

Care instructions provided with every piece
Customer responsible for proper care and maintenance
Improper care voids warranty

12. Trade/Designer Programme

Separate trade terms apply to approved design professionals
Trade pricing and terms available upon approval
Trade accounts subject to separate agreement

13. Photography & Portfolio

SIVOOK reserves right to photograph commissioned work for portfolio, website, and marketing
Client may request work not be publicly displayed by notifying us in writing before production begins

14. Dispute Resolution

Good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably
Disputes subject to laws of England and Wales
Any legal proceedings to take place in England and Wales

15. Modifications

SIVOOK reserves right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Changes effective upon posting to website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.
